Teff flour: grams per cup
King Arthur Baking lists 1 cup of teff flour at 135 g, which works out to 135 g per US cup, 8.4 g per tablespoon and 2.81 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of teff flour is about 3/4 cup (0.74 cups).
Flour weight depends heavily on how the cup is filled: spooning flour into the cup and levelling it gives a lighter cup than scooping straight from the bag.
