Paleo Baking Flour: grams per cup
King Arthur Baking lists 1 cup of paleo baking flour at 104 g, which works out to 104 g per US cup, 6.5 g per tablespoon and 2.17 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of paleo baking flour is about 1 cup (0.96 cups).
Flour weight depends heavily on how the cup is filled: spooning flour into the cup and levelling it gives a lighter cup than scooping straight from the bag.
