Amaranth flour: grams per cup
King Arthur Baking lists 1 cup of amaranth flour at 103 g, which works out to 103 g per US cup, 6.4 g per tablespoon and 2.15 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of amaranth flour is about 1 cup (0.97 cups).
Flour weight depends heavily on how the cup is filled: spooning flour into the cup and levelling it gives a lighter cup than scooping straight from the bag.
